2. his birth horoscope is shown above as given in the wikipedia article on him.however crucial birth time is not available which which we have derived from education and professional background and other characterstics.this may be early morning giving him Cancer lagna or ascendant

3. Analysis of horoscope cannot predict rise of a person to a particular position- it can show rise or fall and its approximate timing.

4. Planetory period of PA Sangma around expected date of  Presidential elections in India is Venus-Venus-Saturn.Transits of certain planets and in relation to  his natal chart promises rise to high post which could be Prez or VP.why VP? Because of horoscope of Pranab Mukherjee also shows his rise/change of political position this year between July and October

5. We have not looked at finer divisions of Rasi or main horoscope which could further give confirmation of possibilities for PA Sangma
