Making Money Trading Sensex-Nifty: Prediction for week Sept 27-Oct 1,2010

Can we repeat the Money making success of last week based on our predictions .

Indian stock markets to open in few minutes. Following Global cues they may open strong. However This week there will be lot of choppiness and correction mid week ( Wednesday-Thursday).

while Markets will recover on most days, they may not recover high enough to erase preceding days losses as week progresses.

1. Strategy 1: Week may find its highest point on Monday-Tuesday on intra day basis ( not closing basis)
Hence hold long position and build long if market is negative in morning on Monday ( NO Intra day predictionto be given)

2. Strategy 2 ( Medium Risk Takers) Create short position by buying Puts on Monday on strong opening  and wait till at most Thursday

3Strategy ( Low risk ) Buy Puts on Tuesday if Market is higher or within 100 sensex points of Monday Peak and wait for correction. Steep Intra day Correction likley on Wednesday _Thursday . while Friday on intra day basis does not show any bright spots

Overall Index may loose values this week
