Bullish phase or Strong Correction in Indian stock Markets: September 20-24, 2010

should you hold long trading position or go short next week?

Our Tarot card model indicates prediction of preceding week will be repeated. Market will hit new high in early part  of week but may not be able to hold on  and stronger indication of Correction in mid week ( Tuesday-Wednesday. markets will however recover from correction and may reach new peaks end of the week.
1. Hold long position till at most Tuesday. If Monday start with correction add long position
2. exit on Monday itself if gain is phenomenal during the day
3. Buy Puts/short index if gains are there during day on Tuesday and wait till Wednesday for correction- which could stretch till Thursday. On Thursday-Friday  Long calls can be added during corrections.

Volatility/choppiness will be more: Risk: also markets may be range bound and may not show exuberance of this week except on Monday-Tuesday

US Stock Market prediction for the Month of August 2010

US Stock Market as per our Tarot card model indicates mainly bullish outllook till most of next week.(inspite of ongoing correction today August 3, Tuesday) As correction this week can be used to build long position as US markets may peak by next week for thsi month and a sharp correction phase approxiamtely from (12-26 August) and ending with a surge in US markets.




Short positions can be built between 12-17 or at;least long positions avoided or protected by conservative stop loss



Guessitmate: US markets may move at most 200-250 points from here on an correction from peak can range from 150-300 points though business/economy news at end of next week of beginning of the week of August 16 will indicate extent of possible correction

US stock markets Prfediction for the week August 13-17,2007

" A good start to the week will be followed by sharp volatility and intra day corrections on most days . Mid week a sharp correction is due as also on friday ( particularly for DJIA index)

Use any intra day predictions that may be posted here or on www.fool.com discussion board (day trading section) to fine tune weekly strategy

Trading strategy : Go short on Monday till mid week with trailing stop loss. However on most days sharp corrections may be followed by recovery on the same or next day rise hence use traling stop loss .
